Return Conditions:

• You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used nail accessories.

How to Return:

1. Email us at support@eloranails.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.

3. After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or offer store credit.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll make it right.
